MCM Manchester 2019

Hey Skwad!

Well, I can’t feel my feet, my hair's full of wig glue and my wallet's empty... sounds like a great day! ☺️ Massive shoutout to @mcmcomiccon Manchester for one of the best days ever and now I'm even more upset that I can’t be there tomorrow! 😞 I was soooo excited about going to MCM Manchester !!! Not only was this my first large con, but I bumped into some of my fave #cosplayers ever (and tried my hardest not to fangirl😅)!!! 😱💓

A huge thank you to @carlaa.quinn, @leahhthom, @southsidexsweetheart, @louis_heisenberg, @jacksoncosplay23, @xt7inkx, @x.psychotic_wildcard.x and @infamous_tyler_ann for hanging out with and (more importantly) putting up with my incredibly annoying self, whom you'll all know each for creating absolute perfection with every #cosplay they do! Honestly, it was brilliant to spend so much time with you incredibly talented angels! 💓💓

I probably won’t be going to a con for a while after OzConUK 2019, so I’m so glad I got to go to an MCM and meet some absolutely wonderful people who I adore wholeheartedly! 🥰 I even attended the Con with a list of people who were going and what cosplays they were wearing as I’ve gone around cons in the past looking for friends who were in a completely different than what I thought! 😂😭

I also had the pleasure of bumping into this amazing @deadpooldaduk, @geekeddead and @shaneajroeton aka #deadpool at MCM Manchester! 😱☺️ Big thank you to @_shantyxo for taking these photos, but she looked amazing so I couldn’t let her stay behind the camera, I had to get a picture with her as well! ☺️💖

Believe it or not, this is the only picture of #mcmmanchester that I actually took on my phone.... and it’s a bathroom selfie! I bet you forgot this was a cosplay because it’s been that long since I’ve been in my #daddyslilmonster Harley Quinn cosplay 😅

I’m glad you guys like more “personal” photos of my friends and me just hanging out as well as more “model-y” pictures ☺️ I think it’s good to keep in perspective why we go to conventions, not for the photos ops or the celebrities, but to meet up with our best mates and nerd out!! 🤓😁

@x.psychotic_wildcard.x and I also had the honour of being asked to be a licensed "Getty" image for MCM Manchester! Unfortunately, we succumbed to Harley cosplayers' one weakness... flash photography 😂😅

Lastly, I'm going to be washing and restyling this wig for @ozconuk which is in 2 weeks' time. I’ve worked out the best method to keep my wigs nice, granted 4 Comic Cons too late, but hey, that’s ok! ☺️😅

I was so lucky to have the most wonderful photoshoots with some incredible photographers: @antclark9, @crankphoto and @cospearlytog! I genuinely LOVE these photos so freaking much and I'm so grateful for them! ❤️💙 It’s only pictures like this that make my day and makes me realise how far I’ve come as a #cosplayer ☺️💖:
